Location. Poised along a private section of Waikiki Beach, the Royal Hawaiian is set amid 23 acres of tropical gardens in the historical district of Honolulu, Hawaii. The hotel stands adjacent to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center.
Hotel Features. The Surf Room offers oceanfront dining and prepares contemporary island cuisine flavored with local ingredients. The Royal Hawaiian Beach Club specializes in American fare and cocktail favorites. The Mai Tai Bar boasts ocean and Diamond Head views, and hosts nightly live Hawaiian music. The hotel presents luaus once a week, highlighted by Polynesian performances. Function rooms accommodate up to 1,500 people, and wireless Internet access is available in public areas. A business center offers computers with high speed Internet access, and fax, photocopy, print and courier services. A private beach, an outdoor splash pool, a children's pool and water craft rentals provide on site recreation. A limited hour fitness facility is equipped with cardiovascular and strength training equipment. The Abhasa Waikiki Spa promotes a natural healing environment, offering organic treatments that include thalassotherapy, shiatsu massage, and traditional Hawaiian therapies. The Keiki Aloha program hosts supervised children's activities and educational programs.
Guestrooms. The Royal Hawaiian offers 528 guestrooms distributed in the six story Historic Wing and the 17 story Royal Tower. All rooms feature signature Sheraton Sweet Sleeper Beds with pillowtop mattresses, down pillows and triple sheeting. Mini fridges are included. Rooms are equipped satellite television. Rooms in the Historic Wing reflect Victorian style and feature marble bathrooms. Royal Tower rooms feature coffeemakers, ocean view lanais and contemporary decor. All rooms provide pink linens and plush bathrobes. High speed Internet access is available. Pets are permitted with restrictions.
Expert Tip. You may sweeten your vacation experience by sampling the sensational gourmet chocolates offered at the Clara Confectioner shop located on site. Chocolate dipped tropical fruits and 100% Kona coffee list among Clara's tempting treats. Complimentary samples are irresistible.
Renovation Notice:
